Prerunner?

I have a 1995 1/2 ton 2wd 351 and about 170,000 on the odo. I'm thinking about building the truck into a cheap prerunner and want to know if thats doable with the stock suspension. Most the kits out there are for rangers and newer trucks so i have a feeling the twin I beam isn't very conductive to aftermarket like a A arm style would be

Yes it will make a good prerunner, the TTB is much stronger than the stock A-arm front ends. Ford Truck Independent Front Suspension Lift Kit - 4-Wheel and Off-Road

So Twin Traction beam is the same as twin I beam(same gimmick new name)? I just assumed that TTB was for 4wd and Twin I Beam was the 2wd one. I understand that I'll need aftermarket arms springs, shocks, lengthened PS steering/brake lines and steering shaft. What else am i going to need?
