Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 1997 F250 with the 460 and the E4OD in it? I'm swapping the tranny into an older truck and I just want to double check if I've got it figured out right.
Thanks
how much older because if it is before a certain year they had prom protection in the solenoid pack inside the tranny after that year they took the prom protection out of the solenoid pack and put it into the ecm i think they changed it in 95 or 96
The pin-outs are the same, but as noted in the previous reply the solenoid packs did change. The MLPS connector also changed in '95. Again same pin-outs but the connector is a different shape and size.
It's actually in a 78 F150 with the 351M. I'm connecting the wires to a Baumann Controller and I just want to double check the wiring diagram to make sure I don't fry the tranny or the controller all of a sudden.
My husband is having me search for a tear down diagram to remove the tailshaft of a 91 F150 4x4 E4OD transmission. If anyone has one I would really appreciate.
