I have a 97 F350 with E4OD and Powerstroke and I cant find any wiring diagrams for the MLPS switch. I have put a fresh built tranny in and after 2 days it just went to neutral while driving. I put it into manual 1st to get it home and then that gear went out. I checked all the gears and it has only reverse now. barely. It now has no manual 1st or 2nd or drive range. I did get a book from ATRA on how to test the solenoids 12 volt power signal as well as the EPC power. What i have found is that solenoid 1 should ground when put into 1st or drive range but instead it grounds out when I start the vehicle and stays grounded no matter what range I select. This doesnt sound right to me. What about when I put it into reverse? If solenoid 1 is grounded then it thinks it should be in 1st. I wonder if its in the MLPS switch and I cant find any wiring diagrams so i can test these signals. My email is hotrd3g@yahoo.com. Thanks in advance.
