nozzel cleen up

rebuil;ding my injecters does anyone know what size the holes in the nozzel are bought micro drill bits an 80 still isnt small enough.

The gurus will chime in, but IMO very bad idea... Don't mean to dog your idea but there is a reason you have someone build and rebuild your injectors.

i am a good machinist have rebuilt idi7.3l injecters and to be honest if i mess up it dont mater i have plenty of trucks that allready run good

Seriously?

Injector nozzles are "drilled" with laser or EDM equipment and are usually in the 200 micrometer range.

Don't think you'll find those bits in the MSC catalog.

no but there has to be a way to cleen them to 100% the smallest i found read .002
