In my younger days, I had an IH Scout 800 that the floors were completely rotted out to the point of the body mounts disinegrating. The tub collapsed over the frame about 4" and was sitting on the clutch linkage (among other things).
I ended up jacking up the drivers side of the tub until it looked even with the pass side and adding 4" of washers, shims and anything else I could find in my dad's shop to build up the mount. Once it was "structurally" in shape, I went to work to fill the 2" rusted out gap in the floor and the other various rust holes. Between both sides of the floor and the tunnel, I nearly used up a gallon can of bondo. From the underside, it looked like something you would see in a cave. After I sanded the high spots and hammercoated it, you could hardly tell.
I bought it for $125, put a set of plugs and fresh gas in it (and a gallon of body work in a can) and sold it for $750. That was 15 years ago and as far as I know, that old Scout is still running around here.
I don't have pictures of this mod. It's best not to have evidence like that lying around.
