Best Solid Roller lifters?

I just picked up a cam & springs from 460 forum,

Need some good lifters what do you guys round here think?

Looking for input on the solid roller's you guys are using.

Here is the cam & springs.

FRPP roller cam from the D514 crate motor #M-6250-A514 .647/.647 ,254/258@.050, also springs, locks, and retainers from the same- Comp Cams #953, 185# seat/500# open-

I have always had really good luck with Harland Sharps, and they tend to be a little cheaper than some of the other options. I had a Comp break on my in my 289 with a pretty small cam at about 6K rpms and haven't bought any thing from them since.

I was trying to get away from Comp do not trust them in a 6500 rpm 466

Try the Harlands or if your real worried about it spend the money and get Crowers.

OP was for lifters...


Have a set of CROWER solid lifters on the way for my 460 build.
