Hello, I figured spring is here and it's going to get muddy and thought I'd start a thread where people can post pictures of their muddy trucks, I challenge you to get your truck muddier than my 2wd
I threw 300 pounds in the back and went nuts out in the field, wipers didn't help and my drivers window didn't go down so I couldn't stick my head out the window, but I made it home in one piece.
This is my brothers 1993 4x4 Explorer, he had to pull me out a couple of times, the 4.0L didn't like it.
The shocks and tires are off my dead 87 Ramcharger and the offset is like an inch or so, because I wanted them to stick out for better balance. They are 225, 75, 15's, I bought them for rockcrawling, the tires and wheels are worth more than the truck is
I would put some pictures up here, but it would just be sad. There aren't enough places to find a good mud hole here in CT. Not to mention "clyde" still needs some updating. Can't wait to get back to CO. Maybe not a lot of mud, but plenty of mountains. Lovin the pictures guys, keep em goin.
clean 4x4's in my eye's suck.i have never washed one,nor do i plan to.i have had friends who had 4x4's showroom clean and were afraid to get them dirty.sacrilege in my eye's.LOL
I get my 2wds more muddy than my 4wds , of course I've only had 2 4wds and many many 2wds. I use to use a 85 Oldsmobile Custom cruiser wagon for muddin, should find pictures of it covered in mud, even had to pull a friends 4wd S10 out with it.
Nice pics guys, local mud pits are nonexistant for me. We got a few dirt roads, but I hate tearin up roads ect. I did take my old 96 nissan truck out once. It's 4x4 action beat the snot out of my friends newer 3/4 chevy with a 6spd big block. Lol the nissan was a nimble pos.
