Exciting manifold replacements

My 94 150 that I just bought has a cracked passenger side manifold.

I was looking around locally to find a replacement, only could find rusty ones that were probably close to cracking as well. I finally found one on craigs list back in my home town in Nebraska, they looked nice, went to pick them up...turns out they are hedman elite series headers.

WOHOO!!!

Now to design the rest of the exhaust!

Gotta love headers. My exhaust manifolds are in perfect shape yet, of course they are in a drawer in my basement.

I guess that would be a great way to preserve them.

Hang on to them for another 25+ years when they are impossible to find and they will be worth a fortune!

In 25 years they would be a rare item. They are OE stainless manifolds for a 2V 6.8l. Only problem is they are really a poor design.

well some one who's wanting to restore a truck to original specs and make it like new may pay a pretty penny for them...25 years from now... bad design or not.
