I have a '00 Ranger XLT Sport with flare sides and i was wondering how much a pair of tail light covers would run if i were to get them painted to match the truck.
you can find em from around 15 bucks some places, all the way up to 40+, depending on brand, type, etc. you can paint them yourself, like i did. just get a spray can of touch up paint in the color you want, sand with 800 or so grit, paints, sand, paint,.....until you get a good color on there. put on some clear coat, some wax, and stick em on, its that easy.
sounds pretty easy to me. but as far as the color, i cant remember the name of the green they used on the ranger in 2000. is it forest green or hunter green?

there should be a tag on the drivers side door pillar, with a paint code. i dont know the codes, but if you post them, im sure someone will. plus most manufaturers go by code rather than name, since different companies will sometimes have the same name for a color, yet the shades are slightly off.
