I'm fine, friend went out the back window and hurt his back but it was just muscle spasms. and he got 3 stitches in his wrist. I got a couple scratches on my hand. I had a seatbelt on, he didn't.
Road was slick. looks like they didn't put any gravel down when they tarred the road. rained a little bit made it rel slippery. Fishtailed a little, headed for a small tree, causing us to flip. landed over the creek like a Ford Excursion bridge. as seen in the pictures. if it had rolled onto myside it would have crushed my friend. Real luck to still have him around.
damn! glad your all ok..well alive. trucks can be replaced people cant she did her job. goodluck with finding a new one its getting harder and harder to find a good low mile/well priced one.
Good to hear that everyone is ok for the most part. How many flips? That seems to be alot of damage for hitting a small tree, but I guess it was the flip that caused so much damaged. Just curious. I'm just glad to know that I should be ok if I ever get involved in an accident (knock on wood) and feel sad for the other vehicle's passagers. Can't wait to see your next X and good luck on your searches.
I don't think any of those economy cars or occupants would of survived. Keep the VIN handy I am sure as you search for a replacement you will come across this one all fixed up with a salvage title.
I always dread seeing threads that are titled something like this. So glad everyone was ok! I have to say, the damage was not as bad as I was expecting when I read 'totaled'. I am super impressed with how your truck stood up to flipping over etc - testament to the quality of the build on these units. Very glad your buddy is ok, so dangerous not wearing a seatbelt (in my opinion).

Totally off topic, I like your headlights. Where'd you find them?
I think I have a similar pair except mine are smoked not chrome. They look awesome on the truck but take a bit of customizing to get in there. I picked mine up off Ebay. Nice thing is they are projector lights, so they send a more focused beam down the road. Turn on your fog lights with these and you have optimal lighting for the road (unless you add a light bar of course). I added HIDs to mine (and my fogs) and the lighting on the road is a million times better than with the stock lights and halogen bulbs.
I got those headlights online, yes, lots of cutting to get them to fit. can't find the page anymore, paid $90 for the pair.
I looked at this EX at the same place i got my other EX 2005 Ford Excursion Limited It's missing the Garage door opener door in the center console in the roof.
Can somone check the vin for this EX before I get it, please. 1FMNU43S25ED44966
