Help identifiying my engine

My dad bought a 1989 f-450 last year and the guy he bought it from said that the engine was rebuilt and bigger than stock, but he didnt say how big. Now, a year later, im trying to change the oil on the truck but i dont know what kind of oil it takes and how much. I got a few casting numbers off of the upper and lower intake manifold. I couldnt see much of the heads nor the block from underneath.

Thanks!

Need a pic, the casting numbers won't ID the motor.
