I have a 2001 F-250 CC with 165K on it. I am experiencing an "undulating" or "vibrating" ride at different speeds on different roads. Seems to not happen much at all at highway speeds on interstates but more on local roads that are not as smooth and level. Could my springs be worn out. I tow a car trailer and it does not sag. I have replaced to front shocks but not the rears.
Thanks for the welcome and the quick responses everyone.
I do here clunking echoes if I go over small bumps or potholes.
I have not changed the front stabilizer.
The steering is pretty tight and responsive but to eliminate some things I will start by checking all the front end components. Then I will get some new rear shocks.
If you feel or hear a clump when going over bumps, make sure you check the swaybar end link bushings. Do you feel this bump on the floor board of the truck??
I do not feel it as much as I do hear it. It echoes in the whole cab. I want to say it sounds like it is in the rear more, underneath the bed of the truck.

You have enough to check right now. lol Let us know what you find.
Not to high jack your thread.............I too have the same problem and I started feeling it more after I leveled my 4x2. When I back up from my drive way, it begins. I hear some clumps when I begin to turn the steering wheel to get out. Once Im moving forward, if I make a sudden stop I again hear it clump. I have gotten underneath and tighten everything. My next step is swapping out my Bilstein shock bushings which look alittle weak.

Like suggested to the OP you should check your front swaybar endlink bushings.
