I got a chrome brushguard from Go Rhino Products. They are a little pricey but I think its the best lookin brush guard plus it comes with a 3 year warranty. They also sell black powdercoated brush guards.

I used to have a Ranch Hand, it was solid and looked great, but it was little on the heavy side.

If I was ever to get another grille gaurd it would be something like this, but with out the headlight wrap arounds. Just the push bar part.

CHROME PLATED OR BLACK POWDER-COATED STEEL GRILLE AND BRUSH GUARDS - JCWhitney

Take a look at NPD, LMC, JCW, Ebay, etc.

I would also suggest keeping an eye on craigslist for a good deal. Even if its dirty wash it up and use real fine steel wool and/or some chrome polish and it will look almost as good as new.

I have seen them in J.C. Whitney catalog for around 150 for the push bar and another 70 for the brush guards that bolt to the push bar and go around the head lights. Chrome or black available, don't know how heavy they are.
