Vss Error
So the O/D light can and will start flashing at random times, most times it's followed by a check engine light. Also when it happens the trucks drive-ability does not change at all, acts like everything is normal.
Have pull the codes and it shows a VSS error.
I have already replaced both senors, the one on the rear diff and the side of the trans. After I did that both lights stayed off for a few days.
Now within the last few days, the O/D light started blinking for a few mins, then it would shut off. Now today it started blinking again, this time it tripped the check engine light to come on. After that the O/d light whet back to normal and just the check engine light remains on.
What else do I need to start looking for?

Wanted to get the rear lube changed anyway so that would be the time to check for tone ring I guess.
