need help with leaking diffs...

I performed a search and found some good information but still I need more. I recently noticed 2 substantial puddles, 1 under the front diff and 1 under the rear, that have accumulated over the past 2 weeks that my 82 Bronco has been sitting. From what I have researched, it appears that the 9" needs a yolk, does this sound reasonable? What else could it be?
I'm uncertain as the site of the leak on the front (Dana 44). I was hoping it was just the gaskets on each and could be a reasonable repair that I could perform but I'm unfamiliar with both the 9" and 44. Any advice?

I'm in the process of fixing these exact same leaks on my 78.

My 9" in the rear was leaking at the yoke too. What you probably need is just the pinion seal. It's about $3-$4 at autozone. The hardest part of the job is getting the yoke off. Mark the nut and shaft before you remove the nut. This way, you can tighten back to where it was and not have to mess around with pre-load. Also, mark the yoke position on the yoke and shaft so that it goes back together the same way too. The seal can be pulled out with a pliers and the new tapped back in with a large socket. Fairly easy project once the yoke comes off.

As for the D44, I have two new inner axle seals that I need to put in once the temp here gets above 2. Mine was leaking out the ends of the axles. If it's leaking around the cover, that's an easy fix. A new gasket and some RTV should take care of it.

Hope this helps!
