I know that the bench seat all the way up to 96 would bolt into my 78 with no problems. My question is would the rear bench seat of an 89 bolt into my 78 just the same as the front bench would? A guy locally is selling both front and rear for $40 each, but the front bench is all messed up, and the rear looks like it's new. Just need to know if the rear would bolt in with out any modifications. Any info would be great. Thanks!

Seems like I saw a post that said you could swap the rear for the front, if thats so I would think it would work. It might not tilt forward though.

Yes if definately will mine has a Rear seat from a 93 F250. you'll just have to swap in the rails from your stock bench seat.
