I got a replacement for my '77 cab light from an Econoline Van in a junkyard they fit I think from models 78-92 and theres a lot of parts from vans that fits our trucks too like the instrument cluster, good luck.
You can search the correct bulb number and just add LED and you will come up with a lot of options. I would keep the incandescent IMO. The LED look cool, but are not 'period correct' and fatigue the eyes a bit. LMC has the base and lenses.
I'm always on a budget; I place harbour frieght lights on my recent build; with using a factory correct wirning harness I pulled from a 67 model cab.
I also wired the harness to come on with the parknig light switch is pulled out.
not the answer your looking for but just a thought.
I just got mine from LMC. I ordered the bigger teardrop shaped ones that have the large chrome base. They're a little bigger than I thought they'd be. Anyone use these or have pictures? I'm curious to know how they look on a truck. Lmc also sells the stock reproduction ones, as well as the aftermarket ones
