03 F-350 engine trouble code problems

I have a 03 F-350 super duty four-wheel-drive with over 180k. It has the 5.4 Triton V-8 gas engine. Approximately a year ago it began a intermediate surge at idle. About three months ago it would occasionally stall at idle. One month ago it began stalling at idle more frequently. The check engine light lit and the idling problems went away. Yesterday I pulled and deciphered the trouble codes. First 2 codes were P0172 system to rich bank 1 and system to rich bank 2. The third and fourth code was P1132 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Rich - Bank No. 1 and P1152 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Rich - Bank No. 2. I have recently replaced the air and fuel filter and run several cans of BG 44K through the fuel system. Any other suggestions or advice?

Either your cats are starting to clog up OR the Oxygen sensors are ready to be replaced.....or both. If you find you gotta replace the cat (s), I'd also install new O.S.
