? about tearing into valve covers

ordered new glow plugs. going to do 50 cent mod, tighten down injector bolts, inspect uvch. anything else i should be looking at while im in there?

just did this last weekend...also dont forget the rocker hold downs...20 ft/lbs, injectors is 10 ft/lbs. i have never done this and am new to diesels and it took me like 4 hrs. some of the passanger side valve cover bolts are tight. let me know if you have any specific questions...there are some great diys on here

i think that some of the numbers are in in/lbs? cant remember witch ones.

Just to clarify 10 ft/lbs = 120 in/lbs.

that is right just a red flag when all i have seen is in in/lbs did not wont some one braking there injectors.

sorry for the confusion...i only had a ft/lbs wrench, so i did what paysonpsd did with the conversion...hope all goes well...

Remember: 12 inches = 1 foot. Just like in length measurements.
