voltmeter wire
im trying to get my gauges working and i was wondering which wire goes to the volt meter. there is a wire that is larger than all the others. it is ble and yellow. it has been cut so i dont know were it goes. is this my volt wire?

Big difference between voltmeter and ammeter. If it's an ammeter, I wouldn't even bother getting it working because the needle rarely moves enough to notice anything. If you are concerned about voltage, I'd get a regular voltmeter gauge and just hook a regular 12v power source (like already mentioned).
