1) Operate the turn signals.
2) When you carefully push the stalk towards the dash it allows
the steering column to tilt up or down. Release the stalk will lock the position.

Correct me if i'm wrong but, 1990 should still have dimmer switch in floor, in 1992 they switched to high beams/signal switch.

I personally love my floor mounted high beam switch and I like having the headlight switch on the dash as opposed to the fancy all-in-one quadruple directional turn signal, headlight, winshield wiper, 4 way hazard, cruise control, winshield washer, backup camera lever arm........ Sorry, I got a little carried away there................................
Two things that they never should have quit, lights on the floor and the wing-windows. Both are very nice and convenient.
I also have a question, im 95% sure I have tilt stearing, but my signals dont return on their own (not necassaraly bad) and the lever goes forward but in a very slopy manner and the tilt doesnt work. Do you guys have any ideas on if these problems are connected in some way/how to fix them?
Thanks
