Harbor Freight sells the adjustable ones and you can modify them to fit your F-100. The trouble with the F-100, if memory serves correctly, is that the bumper face is slanted. So, you would have to weld another plate with a hole drilled through it to the bracket or have a custom one made up. There is no OEM # on the package to contact about custom brackets (I own one).

At one time Northern Tools did offer the ability to order the custom brackets, you might give them a call even though it is not listed anymore.

I would like to bolt it to the frame somehow with the bumper off, do you think that would be possible with a homemade bracket?

Yes, the one supplied is for a flat surface. You might make it work just with a thin washer on the bottom hole with the bumper off.
