in that pic its showing the leak coming from behind the outer fitting, which is indicative of the hose going bad in that fitting. Of the three F150's I've dealt with having this hose, all 3 were bad at this fitting and had to have a new hose put on.

You can get a re-seal kit at NAPA for about 7 bucks that has all the o-rings and shaft seal.
There does look like fluid between the hard-line of the high pressure hose and the hold down nut, which a new hose will fix. However, if it is also leaking between the big adapter fitting and the reservoir, a new hose will not fix that problem.
