Header Gasket
Whatt up everyone!
I have a quick question
I picked up some flowtech headers from summit for my 5.0 in my 250. Well I have the gaskets that came with it ,and I also ordered the feltpro for them. Im postive I told the summit rep all the right stuff. Well the shapes in the gaskets are diffrent the Feltpros Are more squar ,and the ones that came with it look like the fit good, but are super thin and look like there about to brake already.
Any Ideas thanks
(Incase misunder stud the 2 gaskets are pertty diffrent )

If you want some good header gaskets try Percy's seal 4 good. They work really well. Those thin paper or felt type gaskets don't last or hold up well. Thats NOT to say that Fel Pro makes bad gaskets, just for the exhaust I won't use them.

well it's the bolt holes and exhaust ports that matter .. if the felpro gaskets don't line up I'd think you got the wrong ones ..
what ever you go with get some of the copper spray on gasket sealer .. the stuff goes on pretty thick and will probably help the 'weak' gaskets that came with the headers ..
