Well the good new is I have started my rebuild on my 63. The bad news is I went to have the radiator cleaned and they said the core is shot and I need a new one. I started hunting for an OE but it is all but non existent. Can anyone out there give me a year and make of radiator that isn't a horable modification. I don't want to spend a bunch of money since I have to modify the mounts to make something fit anyways. Any help would be appreciated.
I recommend just measuring your current rad; and go to you local parts store with that measurement & especially the inlet & outlet ports on same location as your originial rad and sort thru there slection. Just ensure you get a 3 or 4 row if you have a V-8 in your ride. If auto trans ensure you get one with trans cooling ports as well.
I have a 302 in a 65 model and just found a new rad at Advance and installed it. My buddy has a Honda rad with electric fans in front of his 289 w/ AOD trans in a 63 model. So any thing is possible; just have inlet & outlet & clearance right.
Have you checked LMC (lmctruck.com) ? They have a pretty wide selection. Page 89 of the online catalog. Not sure its in your ballpark price-wise, though...

All these trucks use the same radiator support, so both will fit.
No Ford Dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.

1965 F100/250 4WD's, 1966 F250 4WD's, 1965/66 F350/700's use the same radiator support, so the radiators used in these trucks will also fit, but...
The inlets for the upper & lower radiator hoses may not be in the same locations.
