Running Boards Removed
I was sitting in auto shop today when my buddy said I should take the running boards off. So I did. I think it looks good, but what do you guys think?

I had to disconnect the wiring for the lights. Is it ok to leave the connector hanging there or should I do something to it?

I figured I'd take them off, get some feedback, and If I want them back on, its only 10 bolts and a connector.

i was thinking of doing this , but then i thought how are my kids gonna climb in to it.

Yep. the only place you don`t want them is when going offroading! otherwise the X looks kinda plane without them.

yeah looks kinda plane without them. after i did the x code springs and f-350 blocks i even use the running boards myself seeing as how i'm only 5'10".

i'm gonna take mine off, but replace them with the chrome step bars, or paint mine to match one or the other.

Took mine off awhile ago. Don't miss it with the two-tone paint and it looks like a truck should.
