GPR gone out??
a few weeks ago i hooked up my gpr . led mod to see if or when my gpr was going bad.
iv notaced for a while now that it takes longer for my truck to crank.
the gpr was easy to mod with the post i found here . great info.
well today i got in my truck after making a few stops and the led for my gpr was not on. turned on and off key a few times and still no light.
i got on guzzle's web page and if any one has a problem or is looking for mods this is a good page to check out.
the pics on the stancor ralay install were great .
the info and how to check and see if your gpr is going bad was awsome and something i could never have known on my own, and would have to pay some one to do for me.
well i did all that guzzle's page said and it looks like my glow plug relay is bad and i need to change out to the bigger stancore.
just wanted to thank everyone here for the great knowlege that they share with the less mechanical (LIKE ME)
if i had not found the gpr mod here i would have never known when it went out.
