Smile Exhaust Question

I wanna run 4" straight pipes on my 86 f150 out to 4 5" tips. true dual, no converter or muffler. does anyone know how loud that will be? email is rnelson1986@yahoo.com

its not just going to be extremely loud but your going to have no back pressure and engines do NEED SOME back pressure to run good.

You live in the same state I do, so I can speak with some experience. That exhaust system will get you some tickets.

Little quieter than a drag car with just headers and downturns. Way louder than legal.

there is a point where its too big. 4" is way too big. i think you will get better sound out of it with smaller pipes.
