The easiest way is to open an account at Photobucket. Then you can dump all your pictures there, and copy the link to here.
Just a link is here:
http://i565.photobucket.com/albums/s...hp/my6dot6.jpg
Or, you copy the one that says [img], like what comes up, and is the same picture as the link above:
