It will not probly interchage with the mastercylinder. Ford did make boosters/MC a matched pair for your vehicle weight. On my 84 F250 the PO replaced the booster and mastercylinder from another truck. Well when I had to replace the MC I could not get the mounting correct. After going back and forth I had to "modify" the correct Master cylinder to fit the booster(had to widen the mounting holes) for my vehicle weight class.
Now if you replace both at same time and going with the newer master cylinder as long as its for your weight class, it probly work.
