Thanks, I thought it turned out pretty good. They're Autometer gauges. Summit carry's them, but I got these directly from Autometer. They let me trade in another model I had bought on these. They're LED which looks a lot better lit up. I had to buy a Hall Effect sending unit for the speedo because it's electric, but it plugs in directly where the cable goes in the transmission.

Do you have dimensions for these gauges? Also, a picture of the back of the panel?

Bill,I didn't cut the plastic bezel at all, I used the orignal openings. The 2 gauges on each side line up with the holes for the a/c vents. My truck doesn't have a/c. The 4 in the middle are centered in the original gauge opening on the plastic bezel. I'll get a picture of the backside for you tomorrow. There are brackets welded to the back to secure it to the plastic. Did I answer your dimension question?

Thanks Big Red.

Thanks...I was looking for the gauge diameters also...wondering if I could fit them into a standard dash opening....I do have a/c so my space is a little more limited.

The speedometer and tach are 3 3/8" and the small gauges ar 2 1/16". I'll post some pictures shortly of the back of the panel and the radia bezel, which I did the same way. I don't think you would have room for all 6 gauges.

We welded threaded brackets with studs on the back for attaching to the plastic.

Here are some of the radio bezel also.

Sweet gauge panel Blue. Almost have the same Alpine unit as me too. There's room for a lot of gauges if you are willing to lose the plastic face and the aircon ducts (if you have them).

Oz, I've seen your's before and I like it alot. It looks real good. Did you get rid of all the plastic below the blinker lights? Are your turn indicators still wired?

All original warning lights are fully functional (Indicators, High beam and Parkbrake). The lights don't use the orginal circuitry, I soldered wires to the back of them and then wired them up as required. I removed pretty much all the plastic on the vertical face, just left a bit around the edge. The plastic under the warning lights is still there. I've got pics of the back of it somewhere, just not at hand at the moment.
