fule problem?

fule problem?
when i'm giving it full throttle it starts to cut out or studders like it's running out of fuel. it does this after it's been floored for about 1000 feet or clinbing a hill and i ask it for alittle more.
i check the fuel filter. it looked good but i replaced it anyway and it still did the same thing.
ive been running my own bio-fuel for the last 50,000 miles with no problems
it has about 185,000 miles on it
its a 7.3 turbo diesal 2001 350 extend van
Any suggestions on where to go next
