throwing a p0355,56, and 57 code

hey everybody new here and haven some problems. my 01 f250 with the v-10 was missing a lil bout a month or so ago but wouldnt do it all the time so didnt think anything of it well it has progressively got worse to the point it threw the p0355 code so i changed the coils plugs and the injectors ( the injectors cause my dads f150 had the same problem with no codes and it was an injector) and after doing this it threw the p0355,56, and 57 codes. it has a new optima yellow top and a newish alternator and the battery light flickers on and off. I told a friend about it and he said it was a voltage regulator and i havent changed it, could this be the root of all the problems? somebody, anybody help please!

Recheck your coils. Make sure there tight. Disconnect your Battery to clear the codes. Check the battery connections.
