Time Change on CD/Cassette Combo

I just installed a OEM CD/Cassette combo and need to change the time. I dont' have the owners manual. I tried to fiddle with it but to no avail.

Disregard read a buddies manual. Had to hold the clock button then adjust with the search/seek?

I just acquired a stock stereo/cassette from a fellow Ranger to replace my '88 stock one, since the cass or display lites didnt work. This 'new' one, we believe is from an early '90 F-Series. It is DIN mounted..so I had to modify my 4 screw mount to accomodate. The stereo/cass works great and I now have digital lights displaying the station. Does anyone know if the stereo readout displays the TIME as well? I cant figure out how to set the clock...if there is one. I dont see a 'clock' button on this unit
