I'm really looking for general advice on bushings, but the cab mounts are the currently disintegrated part. I did find the seemingly eternal debate on rubber vs. Poly bushings. In the end I realized that for my application I wanted something that provided noise dampening. I checked around for Rubber and it doesn't seem that any aftermarket deal is making rubber. I called Ford and they want darn near 90 bucks for just one corner of the cab.
Unless someone knows of aftermarket rubber bushings, I'm really looking for advice on which poly set behaves the most like rubber as far as quiet and no sqeak. Soft poly I guess is the key. There is that graphite impregnated stuff. Is that good?
