Assembly books?
Is there such a thing as an assembly book for my 1979 f-150 ext cab? How about 1997 F-250? Is this what they are called? Where and how much? I thought I have read about something that would give frame measurements but never paid too much attention to them. I would like something with as much info on these trucks as possible. Thanks to whoever responds.

I have what is called a "Body Builders Layout Book" for my 77. It shows the dimensions for everything for every 77 truck. You are probably looking for something like that. Might try talking to some of the older body shops.
