Roof mounted light bar makes vibrations?

I just bought a light bar that mounts onto the rain gutters of my 85 F150. I have a supercab and desided I wanted it over the rear windows. Now driving over 45mph, it makes the sheet metal vibrate loud, like having 54" Boggers rubbing the wells. What can I do to fix this? Is it made to be mounted right at the end of the gutter? Also idk if it matters, but I don't have any lights on it yet, that wouldn't make a difference would it? Thanks
