I know theres been a lot of posts on here about this, ive even asked some questions myself, but i want to put superduty springs in the front of my 78 f250, and im having trouble finding the answers i need. im not to concerned about flex, just want the lift, my main questions are how much will a 6 inch spring or an 8 inch lift the truck, will my axle move forward, and do i just have to drill bigger holes, or is there more involved (such as moving hangars, etc.)
from what i understand, look to gain an additional 1.5-2" from the SD spring. But in the end it depends on your truck weight, spring progression, and how many springs in the pack.
