4x4 Knock
1999 F250 S/D 4X4 66K Miles
Driving to work this morning in 4 wheel drive due to the never ending snow I could hear a knocking noise under the d/s floorboard. This was happening at low speeds and not even while going over bumps. I recently changed the sway bar bushings and end links and the front end feels very solid while driving in 2 wheel drive. Any ideas?

I would suggest checking your front driveshaft u-joints. They tend to go bad not from overuse but from underuse. I had a similar noise on another truck and had to basically rebuild the whole front driveshaft. I was lucky the u-joints hadn't fallen out yet.
