I'm thinking gas and a match. Or remove the covers, clean the padding/foam real good with bleach to kill the mold, and recover with new skins. These might just be beyond saving. Ya got nothing to lose now.

I've hit some pretty nasty leather with a pressure washer and was surprised by the result. The trick is you cant let it dry in the sun or with direct heat, have to let it dry slowley in a cool environment so it doesn't shrink.

Ever used a pressure washer on your boots at the car wash? thats where I got the idea.

It takes some time to let this work. Make sure you let the oil soak in before you start the next step. Don't rub it in. I couldn't believe the impurities it got out of the leather. It's a leather restorer oil and conditioner.

Sorry JD, couldn't help it, that was funny. Try all options, I had leather before but I'm no help with that much restoration, . Worst case senario you could bolt them down in the bed and Ed could have a place to sit and parade around the campground at RRE.. Good luck..
