i wanna hear what you guys are wanting to do. im hoping to drop a 351 windsor in my '85 F-150 and saving the straight six to drop in another older model truck. and with the straight six i need a new carb and am gunna get a new valve cover to replace the old one. also on the '85 some one cut the line to the gas shock (im guessing are after market) so i wanna fix those too
I'd like to replace the bed, driver door, both front fenders in my truck. Fix my power windows, and get the AC and heat running again. Buy a new Carb, intake manifold; restore my headers, heads, all new gaskets. Redoing the whole interior and dropping my 12" Alpine Sub in it. And eventually a new paint job (Keeping the same color).

Well my 85 F150 4x4 351HO is getting a complete redo. I have been working on the rear of the truck and have it almost done. I need to run new brake lines and get the rear lift in. Last summer I wire wheeled and bed linered the rear section of the truck, installed two new fuel tanks, and a new fuel tank selector valve. Hope to have the rear lift in by the end of April, then if I'm lucky it will be warm enough in Minnesota for me to start the body work on the box. Just need to sand it, fill a few small dents, and weld up some holes in the box from the PO's 5th wheel hitch. I already have 3 front fenders, one door, hood, and that little piece under the grill already in primer. I have to find another door yet. Once I finish the body work I'm hoping to shoot paint in early June. Going to use a candy apple red metallic. Once the painting is done I will start on the cab. Saving up money for a new motor in 2011. Not sure what to do with the motor yet. It will be a 351w block but I'm still contemplating a stroker kit. Once the motor is in the front lift will go in and 35 inch tires.
My F100 will eventually get a near complete redo.I actually almost have the interior done,I just need carpet,a headliner, and a better radio, and It'll be complete.
I've got a rather huge project on my hands. I've got 2 trucks, an '82 f150 explorer 4x4 that my grandfather bought new, and an '85 2wd for a donor vehicle. Unfortunatly, the '82 is rusted out completely, so I bought the '85 for the frame, bed, parts of the cab and about the lower 6" of the doors. In the process of the frame up, the frame will get rhinolined, new front/rear ends, rebuilt 302 with the '85's EFI system. A new set of 18's with 33'' A/T's, redone interior, new dash pad, new glass, 100% new suspension/steering (including a 4" lift), all new chrome exterior parts (including stock bumpers made into air tanks), and fresh Ford Bright Blue paint. I know.....big list.....but with all the parts except the suspension and wheels, and a few thousand in the bank already to get this project under way, it should be done by the end of the year.
1984 F-150 4x4 "Big Blue" - In the very near future I have to pull the heads and replace the head gaskets she blew this week. Come spring she's going to be pulled apart for a full frame off restoration. Front clip, cab, and bed swap from my rust free New Mexico donor truck. Possible 460 swap or I might just get cam, rockers, lifters, and smaller combustion chamber heads to bump up compression. Also adding headers and removing my cats.
1982 F-100 stepside "Black Sheeple" - I just bought this and have yet to drag it back home. However plans do include interior swap, possible drop in of 351w from NM truck, C6 with shift kit, 3.73 geared posi rearend, and God only knows what else I will do. This will be my summer cruiser while "Big Blue" is down.
1985 Bronco - Swap out the interior, rewire the back window motor, remove and r&r the NP208, find out where the C6 is leaking, rattle can paint job, and possible 4" lift.
