Temp Gauge Installation Question
Have a B&M transmission temperature gauge that I had in a previous Ford E4OD transmission. In the E4OD I had installed the sender in the low pressure test port on the side of the transmission and it gave a good representative temperature indication. On the new rig the Ford 4R100 only has a high pressure test port, can be up to 295 psi. Has anyone used this port for a temperature gauge sender??

Temp Gauge Installation Question
There was no low pressure test port in the E4OD. It was the same pressure port that is in the 4R100. If the sender worked in the E4OD it will work in the 4R100.
