I've never seen an H1 at a Hummer dealership. The Tahoe-based H2 and the Colorado-based H3 are the GM subsidiary vehicles.

The H1, based on the military vehicle, is from AM General.

The discontinuation of the military vehicle at the same time it appears GM is pulling the plug on theirs is coincidental.

For all this time I thought GM owned the H1. Nope, it is owned by AM General but was a joint venture with GM to market a civilian version. I myself have never seen a dealership for H1s but they last they were sold new was 2006 so they may no longer exist. MSRP for the Alpha H1......$150,975!! Anyway, they are all headed for the scrap heap of history.
