Your problem sounds the exact opposite from what I had. I run 38" super swampers and my speedometer was 9 mi/ hr off from the factory setting ( I would be doing 70 and speedo was reading 61) then I reset the calibration. So I second Talon words. How long have you had it?? Did previous owner do something??

hey guys thanx for your response. i have only had the truck 6 months.
96 f250 powerstroke automatic tranny with overdrive. the truck has
utility bed with single wheels. how do i recalibrate
