We had some snow

So I went for a ride.

Overall in my travels I pulled out a Buick, an Expedition, and a UPS truck. Roads were generally not plowed, 1.5-2.5 feet of snow. Main roads were ugly. and icy from being packed down. The township shut down local roads for 2 days, emergency vehicles only. And me, of course.

Nice. It looks heavy and wet. So that is on the way to Boston and north to ski country? Let's hope so.

I miss driving when it snows. Very peaceful. No road noise.

that was on the wednesday before valentines day. It's raining pretty well now, most is melting. It took 4 days before I saw asphalt on my road, or in my driveway. We have another one coming in 2 days I'm told as well. And a 40"+ is said to be coming on the 4th of march. Would be interesting to see.

My garage was sagging, so I got on the roof and shoveled for a few hours. It was pretty brutal. Very heavy, drive over it once and it's ice, which makes for less than fun shoveling.

There's a code for the door i'm told to disable the belt minder. I haven't looked it up yet, if you have it feel free to provide it

I didn't want to rig the seat belt though.

In my 02 you just have to push the red button that releases the seatbelt and the chime does not ring. This is not condoning the non use of seatbelts and shoulder restraints.

great vids! winter driving is my fav kind of driving! so much more fun lol
