Door locks: only RR door lock activates???

Door locks: only RR door lock activates???
2000 Exp: The door locks - only the right rear door locks and unlocks with the electric switches... others don't move - also don't lock when underway, etc.
Any ideas? Seems fuse issues would kill the 'whole' system, not 3 of 4 doors...

thanks for the clue - you're right, fer shur.
I simply took the activators out of both drivers side doors, so they're both easy to use manually. The passenger front works fairly smooth manually, and the RR and tailgate still work, so, we're in business!
It's the 'leave here in Mexico' rig - is good like it is now - we can lock it up!!!!!!!!

Oh, I popped the rivets out of the actuator from the drivers door, and checked it out. The motor's commutators both flared out from the shaft, and hung in the brush springs and such - this effectively 'froze' the motor, and made the door near impossible to open, as it held the mechanism in the locked position...
