Did you pull them and check with an ohm meter? Sometimes its hard to see when one is blown.
As for the turn signal relays, I believe they're mounted up under the dash below the radio and heater controls.

i checked the third brake light the wire was burned i just fixed that as for the signals i gess i have to go get a shop manual and pull out the raido all the fuses was checked with a test light

Are all 4 completely dead? Do the hazard flashers work at all? Let me dig out my wiring diagrams and see whats all connected.

Do your brake lights work when you hit the pedal? If I'm reading the diagram right, and the relay crapped out, you should still have your hazard flashers. If those don't work, something might be wrong with the turn signal stick.

If you need to get to the flasher, the easiest way is to remove the radio, look in and down to the left. One big blue relay (if original), and two small black ones side by side. There is a black cover with slots in the top of it covering the relays.
