code 173 and 334

code 173 and 334

First, I had only one trouble code 116. I replaced the bad ECT sensor. Truck runs ok now. I erasing the trouble codes, then went for 1/2 hour drive. I check for codes with the engine running, and hot. I don't have a engine light on, but now have brand new trouble codes 111,111-111,111, 173 and 334.

111 ok

173 is a code for the right side o2 sensor. I have an exhaust leak, for the last six months, on the right side but no code for that until after I replaced the ECT sensor.

334 is a code for for a EGR sensor. I will test the EGR if ok, I will try cleaning it.

Can an exhaust leak cause a code 173? Why is there no engine light on, why is it running ok? Will my mpg be low with theses codes?
