EEGR ?
first off, I need to know ..
what does EEGR stand for? (evaporative exhaust gas recirculation?)
Is this what the item in the pic is?
referring to my Haynes manual that is what they call it (EEGR) .. called the Ford dealer and he was lost and could not understand what piece I was talking about ..
it attaches at one end (the simple pipe fitting) to the the lower intake manifold, and at the other end (flanged end,w/ two bolt holes and the 'valve') to the upper intake just down stream of the throttle body ..
also looking for sources for replacement of the tube and 'valve' .. the tube is rusted through and figure I might as well get a price on the 'valve'?
this is off a 302 from a '89 ..

EEGR: Electronic EGR Valve (Sonic).
The term was used up to and including 1992 but was gone in 1993.
