Code P0401... insight please?

Code P0401... insight please?
My sisters 05 explorer is throwing the P0401 code. We ran some seafoam through it to see if it would help but it keeps coming back. It has the 4.0 and only has around 90,000 miles so the dude at o'riellys said it probably wasnt the egr valve itself, but something else in the system.

Any insight on where to start?

check the hoses on the differential pressure feedback sensor ,make sure there not cracked ,also 4.0 moters are known for bad dpfs sensors so u might want to replace sensor
